Theresa Vo, MD

Dr. Theresa Vo grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, the Heart of Jazz. After high school, she explored the New England region while attending Wellesley College for her undergraduate degree in Biological Chemistry. The warmth of southern hospitality drew her back to the Southwest where she selected UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas for medical school. Later, she attended The Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin for residency. Once she completed her further studies in Dermatology, Dr. Vo joined Liberty Dermatology in 2017. She was drawn to the high quality of care and joyful, professional staff that was present. She has loved taking care of the patients here since.

“Here at Liberty Dermatology, we strive to bring together the science and humanism of medicine,” said Dr. Vo. “We enjoy connecting with the patients, guiding them through various treatment options, and creating an action plan that aligns with the patient's priorities. The staff and doctors at Liberty Dermatology always want the patients to know that they are heard and that we are here to help them.”

In her spare time, Dr. Theresa Vo enjoys traveling and exploring culinary adventures. She also enjoys making scrapbooks. She has fun cooking new dishes and desserts. She has two dogs, Mojo and Docxi, that love going on walks and fetching tennis balls.
